What do I need to do when I move out?

Please notify us, in writing, 30 days in advance of your planned vacate date. When you are finished with the space, all we ask is that it’s completely empty and the lock removed so you won’t be charged for further rent.  If we find your space vacant and unlocked, we will assume you have already moved out.

What happens if I leave items in my space that I don’t want?

Any items left in the space are your responsibility.  We will continue to charge you rent until your space is empty and unlocked.

Do you sell moving & packing supplies?

No, we do not sell moving or packing supplies.



What is the easiest way to pay my bill?

Why don’t I receive monthly statements in the mail?

We do not provide paper bills free of charge.  You may provide us with your email address and we will send you a complimentary e-statement each month.


When are payments due?

1st of each month


Does GuardPlus+, LLC insure my belongings?

No, GuardPlus+, LLC does not carry insurance for your personal property.  We don’t require insurance, but it’s highly recommended.


Who provides the Lock?

We provide the lock and 2 keys.

Once you have set up your account information, paid for the Unit and signed the contract, we will provide you with the Lock Box Code where the locks are kept.
